MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT HONEYBAKED HAM COMPANY’S MOTION TO DISMISS
GADOLA, District Judge.
On April 8, 1999, defendant Honeybaked Ham Company (hereinafter “Honeybaked Michigan”) filed a motion to dismiss. This defendant, a Michigan corporation, seeks to be dismissed from the instant action based on its assertion that it was not a party to any contract with plaintiff Graphic Resources Group, Inc., and that it has been improperly and fraudulently joined to defeat this Court’s diversity jurisdiction.
