From January 21,1992 to May 7,1992, this court conducted the nonjury trial of the consolidated Abrams & Wofsy, Pignatelli, Ache-car, and Pendleton cases (“the Renaissance cases”). At trial, the plaintiffs and defen dants KPMG Peat Marwick and Jerry F.
