The parties will be referred to herein as the coal company, the insurance company, the commission and the claimant.

This is an action to review a judgment of the district court in affirming a supplemental award for additional compensation made by the commission upon a review had on its own motion. It will be unnecessary to state all the facts leading np to this supplemental award, as the case, on an earlier award, was before this court in Hayden Bros. Corp. v.
