I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs Motion for an Interim Award of Attorneys’ Fees (Doc. 60). For the reasons that follow, the Motion is GRANTED in part.
II. BACKGROUND
A. Factual History
Plaintiff Jay S. Gunasekera, Ph.D., was the Moss Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Russ College of Engineering and Technology of Ohio University.
