— Appellees, Stephen A. Foote, and Mrs. Bettie Carter and Mrs. Cora Fieuman, joined by their husbands, plaintiffs below, claimed 100 acres of land in controversy under a special bequest of same to them and their immediate vendors by the will of W. F. S. Alexander, deceased; and appellants, defendants below, claimed the land as residuary devisees in the same will.
