This is an action pursuant to section 1869(b) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1395ff(b), for judicial x'eview of a “final decision” of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare which denies payment of hospital insurance benefits (Part A of Title XVIII of the Social Security Act. 42 U.S.C. § 1395c et seq.) on behalf of the plaintiff for services rendered to her as an inpatient in Greene Memorial Hospital, Xenia, Ohio, during the period from September 17, 1970 through October 16, 1970.
