Plaintiff-Appellant Magdalena Campos (Campos), an elderly woman in need of assistance with daily living activities, was placed by Defendant-Appellee Case Management Professionals, Inc. (CMP) with Defendants Appellee Marrhey Care Home, LLC (Mar-rhey Care Home), a Type I expanded/extended care Adult Residential Care Home (ARCH).
