Jeffrey Stein and Rabindranauth Ram-son, in their individual capacities and on behalf of all others similarly situated, seek injunctive and monetary relief for alleged violations of the Right to Financial Privacy Act (the “RFPA”), 12 U.S.C. § 3401 (2006), by Bank of America.
