Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. (“HAL”) brought an adversary proceeding against Mesa Air Group, Inc. (“Mesa”) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii. In its complaint, HAL alleges that Mesa breached a confidentiality agreement entered into in connection with the bankruptcy reorganization and seeks return of certain confidential information under 11 U.S.C. § 542(a).
