ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW REFERENCE TO BANKRUPTCY COURT
JEFFREY S. WHITE, District Judge.
Now before the Court is the motion to withdraw the reference to the bankruptcy court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) filed by defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”)- This motion is fully briefed and ripe for decision. The Court finds this motion is suitable for disposition without oral argument. See N.D. Civ. L.R. T—1(b). Having carefully considered the parties’ papers and the relevant legal authority, the Court hereby GRANTS FDIC’s motion to withdraw the reference.
