This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs’ (American Lands Alliance, The Larch Company, and Sinapu) lawsuit against the Secretary of the Department of the Interior (“Secretary”) and the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (“FWS”), in their official capacities, which seeks both declaratory and injunctive relief, and alleges violations of the Endangered Species Act (“ESA”), 16 U.S.C. §§ 1531, et seq.
