— Action to recover damages for alleged false imprisonment and slander. The petition was in three counts, the first for false imprisonment, the second for slander and the third for malicious prosecution. At the close of the evidence plaintiff dismissed as to the third count. The jury returned a verdict against both defendants in the sum of $5,000 actual and $5,000 punitive damages on the first count and $10,000 actual and $10,000 punitive damages on the second count of the petition.
