Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term entered in Albany County) to annul a determination of a superintendent’s proceeding which found petitioner guilty of violating certain facility rules. Petitioner was at all times referred to herein an inmate confined at the Great Meadow Correctional Facility.
