Witherspoon v. LeFevre

Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Clinton County) to review a determination of the Superintendent of the Clinton Correctional Facility which found petitioner guilty of violating a disciplinary rule. Petitioner is an inmate of the Clinton Correctional Facility.
