ORDER ON WEIS’ MOTION TO DISMISS INVOLUNTARY PETITION

THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion to Dismiss filed by Stephen Weis as general partner of the four limited partnership involuntary Debtors, Tip O Texas RV Village, P.C. Resorts, Floridan Partners, and Tropic Star Park. The sole basis for dismissal is the alleged lack of standing of the petitioning partner to file these involuntary cases under 11 U.S.C. § 303.
