The matter before the Court is the Complaint Seeking Declaratory Judgment filed by the Trustee, Matthew D. Skeen. The Trustee seeks a determination that seven limited partnerships 1 in which the Debtor, Arnold C. Harms, was a general partner, dissolved when the Debtor filed his petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
