Jason Merritt Overbey (“appellant”) appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress statements made to law enforcement and the derivative evidence from those state ments, based on alleged violations of the Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Virginia, Article I, Sections 8 and 11. We find no error in the trial court’s ruling and therefore affirm appellant’s convictions.
