OPINION AND ORDER
SCHEINDLIN, District Judge.
• Consub Delaware LLC (“Consub”) brings this admiralty and maritime action to recover for breach of contract against Schahin Engenharia Limitada (“Schahin”). After filing its Verified Complaint (the “Complaint”), Consub obtained an ex parte order for process of maritime attachment. Schahin moved to vacate that order. The Court heard oral argument on that motion but reserved decision. Thereafter, Schahin moved to seek leave to file an interlocutory appeal in the event that its motion to vacate were denied.
