This was an action by a former employee against his former employers for overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 216 (b), 1 claiming overtime compensation for all time worked over forty hours per week from January 16, 1963 through September 30, 1964. The detailed facts appear in the opinion of the Court below, reported at 247 F.Supp. 981 (1965). We, therefore shall not reiterate the facts here.
