The record in this case discloses that A. B. Daniel, now over 90 years of age, was a former resident of the state of Illinois. He was married and the father of two children, daughters, by his first wife, who died many years ago. The record discloses nothing further of these two daughters. Sometime after her death, he married a widow, 13 years his junior, with one son, Boy Lay. The issue of the second marriage was four children, Bertha L. Proctor and Ivy C.
