Before the Court is the motion of the Trust for Public Land (the “Trust”) for judgment on the pleadings on Counts One and Three of its counterclaim to quiet title in certain real property against the Estate of James Kean, Ernest Kean, Alva Marsh, Warren Marsh, Jewel Marsh *477Moolenaar, and Patricia Looney, individually, and as guardian for Irma Marsh Caligione (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”).
