— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court,- Nassau County (Winick, J.), rendered June 14, 1985, convicting him of burglary in the *680third degree and grand larceny in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial (Harrington, J.), after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress statements made by him to the police.
