MORGAN, Senior Circuit Judge:
Following a jury trial, defendant George Terzado-Madruga (“Terzado”) was convicted of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sec. 841(a)(1), conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sec. 846, and violation of the Travel Act, 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1952.
