This matter is before the Court pursuant to an adversary proceeding commenced by Dewey H. Howard (the “Plaintiff”), seeking to avoid the non-consensual judicial lien held by National Westminster Bank USA (the “Defendant”) on the Plaintiffs residence, pursuant to 11 U.S.C.
