Defendant JoAnn Hennum was convicted by jury verdict in Wabasha County District Court of one count of second degree felony murder in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.19, subd. 2 (1986), in the shooting death of her husband, Robert Hennum. Defendant argues on appeal the trial court erred in ordering defendant to undergo an adverse mental examination by the state's expert and as a result of this examination her constitutional right against self-incrimination was violated.
