The present action before this court is the motion of the Creditors’ Committee of Alves Photo Service, Inc. to convert the pending Chapter 11 proceeding to a liquidation proceeding under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Objections to the motion have been filed by the debtor, the former principals of the debtor, the trustee and the Shawmut Bank of Boston, N.A.
