It must be admitted from the outset that attorneys and courts in Nevada have assumed that a defendant in a divorce action has as strong and equitable a right to have the case tried in the county of his residence as any other defendant in any other character of action in personam. Experience will sustain the first contention, and supreme court of Nevada adjudications the second.
