DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Larry Shoemaker sued his former employer, Community Action Organization of Scioto County for breach of an employment contract. He also sued Community Action, Emily Cobb and Lori Brigner, both of whom are Community Action employees, and two John Doe defendants for defamation in conjunction with a sexual harassment complaint that led to his discharge.
