This appeal arises from a purchase agreement and promissory note signed by respon*558dents, Kenneth and Marie Hoover, individually, and Kenneth Hoover as President and Secretary of Blue Skies, Inc. Respondents executed the note in favor of appellant in exchange for construction and installation of a 40-slip boat dock at respondents’ marina on Smithville Lake in Clay County, Missouri.
