This case involves a dispute between a general contractor, Jim Plunkett, Inc., and its subcontractor, RPM Plumbing Mechanical, Inc., about plumbing work provided by RPM at Crestview Nursing Home in Bethany. In its lawsuit against Plunkett, RPM claimed that Plunkett owed it $18,160.
