The petitioners, MedPartners, Inc., and MedPartners Acquisition Corporation (together hereinafter referred to as "MedPartners"), are defendants and third-party plaintiffs in an action below. They petition this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Jefferson Circuit Court to vacate its order severing the third-party complaint MedPartners filed against Dr. H.
