k The defendants, Southern Erectors, Inc. of Florida (Southern) and its workers’ compensation insurer, The Hartford Insurance Company (The Hartford), appeal a judgment the workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) rendered in favor of its former employee, Timothy Weaver (Weaver), finding that he was injured in a work-related accident and awarding him workers’ compensation benefits, along with penalties and attorney fees.
