Itln this workers’ compensation case, Plaintiff/Employee, Cynthia Duplechain, appeals the judgment of the Office of Workers’ Compensation (OWC) finding that she was not entitled to temporary total disability benefits (TTD), supplemental earnings benefits (SEB), or cervical and lumbar surgeries.
