Plaintiff brings claims of employment discrimination under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (Title VII). The matter is before the Court on defendant’s Motion For Summary Judgment (Doc # 57) filed September 9, 1998 and defendant’s Motion To Preclude Plaintiff From Seeking Relief On Claims Not Subject To EEOC Charge (Doc. # 67) filed October 1, 1998. Defendant argues that plaintiff failed to exhaust administrative remedies regarding most of her claims, and that plaintiff has failed to show a genuine issue of material fact regarding employment discrimination.…
