Plaintiff-Appellant Arnold Kauhane (Plaintiff) appeals from the: 1) Order Granting Defendant Acutron Company, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment; and 2) Order Denying Plaintiff Arnold Kauhane’s Motion for Reconsideration Filed on July 5, 1989.
