Appellant Lenders Title Company icappealed e. order of the Garland County Circuit Court certifying Appellee Don Chandler’s lawsuit as a class action, pursuant to Ark. R. Civ. P. 23. This is the second such interlocutory appeal. In the first appeal, we reversed the certification on the ground that the trial court’s order was insufficient, and we remanded the matter to the trial court for further analysis of the factors set out in Rule 23.
