Callaway, Jr. (the “Estate”), through its executor, Ken Callaway, appeals the trial court’s dismissal of its notice of appeal from the court’s entry of final judgment in favor of Larry Garner, Sr., and Larry Garner, Jr. (the “Garners”), in their civil action against the Estate, which sought specific performance of Cason Callaway’s agreement to purchase stock from the Garners.
