In an action brought under the Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act (“UFTA”), Callaway Blue Springs, LLLP (“CBS”) appeals the trial court’s grant of West Basin Capital, LLC’s (“West Basin”) motion to be substituted as the party plaintiff, its grant of West Basin’s motion for an interlocutory injunction, and its denial of CBS’s motion for summary judgment.
