Plaintiffs, who are registered electors in the Colorado Mountain Junior College Dis*1347trict, appeal the trial court’s denial of their request for mandamus and the entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant, The Board of Trustees of the Colorado Mountain Junior College District. We reverse and remand with directions.
