Furst & Thomas, a partnership, of Freeport, Illinois, was a wholesaler dealing in certain proprietary remedies, drugs, sundries, poultry and stock preparations, household supplies, etc. Sam E. Oler, of State Center, Iowa, proposed to handle said goods as a retail dealer and entered into a written contract with Furst & Thomas to ship him, on credit, such goods as he might from time to time require.
