MEMORANDUM OPINION
KAPLAN, District Judge.
Richard L. Dombroff, M.D., the debtor in this chapter 7 case, appeals from an order of the Bankruptcy Court, entered after trial, denying him a discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(2)(A), 727(a)(2)(B), on the grounds that he (a) transferred his interest in his residence and other property to his wife without consideration within one year prior to the filing of his petition, and (b) removed estate property after the filing of the petition, in each case with actual intent to hinder or defraud creditors.
