Respondent, Jeffrey B. Winton, is appealing two orders entered in a dissolution proceeding wherein his marriage to petitioner, Shoshana Winton, was dissolved. He raises three issues on appeal: (1) whether the trial court erred in ordering him to pay attorney fees to one of petitioner’s attorneys, David Grund, in the amount of $13,205.56 based, in part, on an hourly rate of $250 for court time, a rate which the trial court found to be excessive; (2) whether the trial court erred in ordering him to pay $6,029.33 for expert’s fees when there was no proof of the reasonableness of the fees; and…
