Upon the relation of John Mass this court issued its writ of certiorari to review the proceedings of the district court for the Eighth Judicial district, Morrison, J., in a proceeding to lay out a judicial road extending into the counties of Carver and Hennepin.

Certiorari to review an order establishing a road extending into the counties of Carver and Hennepin.

There was published, posted and served a notice as provided by law that the petition for the road would be presented “to Honorable P. V. Morrison, Judge of the District County for the Eighth Judicial District, State of Minnesota, at the special term of the court appointed to be held in the village of Henderson, Sibley county, Minnesota, at the court house on the 24th of August, 1915, at the opening of said court on said day or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard.” The record shows that…
