Harshad R. Patel (“Harshad”), Dinesh R. Patel (“Dinesh”), Vinu K. Patel (‘Vinu”), and Vijay R. Patel (“Vijay”) (collectively, the “plaintiffs”) commenced this action against Mukesh J. Patel (“Mukesh” or the “defendant”) seeking damages aris ing from the defendant’s alleged breach of an agreement between the parties. Presently before the Court is the defendant’s motion pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction or, in the alternative, for a change of venue…
