Appellant Muncrief filed this diversity action for declaratory judgment in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma where he sought to impose a constructive trust on specified lands belonging to the individual appellees and mineral leases thereon held by the corporate appellees, appearing as stakeholders. The interests in question devolved from the estate of J. W.
