Defendant Hyster Company appeals the district court’s order compelling it to arbitrate a grievance brought by plaintiff Independent Lift Truck Builders Union on behalf of three retired employees and one current employee, 803 F.Supp. 1367. This appeal requires us to determine whether the district court improperly deferred to the arbitrator the question of whether the grievance was arbitrable.
