Elaintiff, an aircraft leasing company, entered into four separate lease agreements with defendant Quest Mexicana S.A. de C.V (Quest), a Mexican entity. Quest intended to use the four aircraft in connection with a well-established tourism business run by its parent company and guarantor, defendant Lomas Group S.A. de C.V The leases, all identical in their operative terms, established a system for plaintiff to present the planes to Quest for inspection in Canada, where they were stored.
