This action is a suit for preliminary and permanent injunctions by a parish governing authority to stop the operation of a private airport. Suit was filed by the West Baton Rouge Parish Police Jury (Police Jury), in its capacity as the governing authority of the Airport District of West Baton Rouge Parish, against Westside Aero, Ltd. (Westside), operator of the private airport.
