*180Plaintiff Krista Townley (Townley) appeals from the judgment entered after the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of defendant BJ's Restaurants, Inc. (BJ's) on her sole cause of action under the Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 ( Lab.
