OPINION ON MOTION TO DISMISS

NATURE OF THE CASE

The Appellee, First National Bank of Dona Ana County, New Mexico, has moved to dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction because the Appellants, Carlos and Linda Res-trepo, failed to timely file an appeal bond or affidavit of inability to pay costs on appeal on the severed cause below. We deny the motion.
